Pulkit is a key point of contact for clients in India. Based in Delhi, he works both directly and indirectly with our global client base to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Behind the scenes, he also leads on our information technology, managing our CRM database and effective implementation of the marketing campaigns.
Pulkit has a background in brand advertising, having worked for a digital marketing agency in Singapore. He has a master’s degree in Marketing Management from Emlyon Business School in France, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi in India.
Before joining D&A, I was working as a Brand Advertising Associate in a digital marketing company in Singapore, where I was responsible for designing marketing and advertising campaigns for top brands and implementing them across all digital platforms
Communications Working closely with key ‘Partners’ to maintain, strengthen and build upon partner relationships, instrumental to the future growth of the business Engaging in face to face meetings with all key stakeholders, including high net worth value clients, Partners and affiliated business agencies – to Director and ‘C’ level positions
Marketing & Advertising Assisting with implementing both direct and indirect marketing activity as part of wider marketing plan Working alongside Marketing Director to drive initiatives to capitalise on increasing social media reach and client acquisition
Management Services Management of new CRM (Customer Relations Marketing) system to ensure full service integration Taking ownership and directly managing the relationship between the service provider and Davies & Associates for effective system integration
Responsible for firm wide training programme on CRM system ensuring all stakeholders are actively utilising all key features of the CRM model to ensure firm compliance Utilising all elements of new CRM system client call cycle to proactively Acquire, Retain and Develop Client base in line with targeted business / revenue growth strategy.
